Honey-Glazed Lamb Chops

With just five ingredients and two easy steps, these honey-glazed lamb chops make it easy to wow your guests.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 8 lamb rib chops (4 to 6 ounces each)
- Optional: fresh thyme sprigs, fresh rosemary sprigs and flake sea salt
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine the honey, mustard, minced garlic, onion salt and pepper. Cook and stir over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
- Brush sauce over both sides of lamb. Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°). If desired garnish with fresh thyme and rosemary and top with flake sea salt and additional pepper.
