Ingredients
- 3 cups Cheerios
- 3 cups Corn Chex
- 3 cups Rice Chex
- 1 cup salted peanuts or mixed nuts
- 1 package (10 to 12 ounces) chocolate gems
- 24 ounces white candy coating disks or white chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate with avocado oil in 30-second increments until smooth. Pour over cereal mix until well coated. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheets; let stand until firm, 20-30 minutes.
- Break into clusters; store in airtight containers or gift bags.
